Sales Specialist - Minimally Invasive Surgery & Operating Room Solutions (NSW/ACT) Join B. Braun Group as a Sales Specialist to drive sales of our Minimally Invasive Surgery and ORS products in NSW / ACT. Opportunity Reporting to the National Manager for MIS and ORS, you will collaborate with clinicians, nursing staff, and allied health professionals to promote our award‑winning Aesculap portfolio. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting product information, and achieving revenue targets. Your Responsibilities Identifying customer needs, generating leads, and presenting product information. Developing and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans. Attending cases and providing technical support during surgical procedures. Facilitating product trials & evaluations and delivering in‑service training. Developing effective relationships with key opinion leaders. About You Several years of surgical sales experience in a similar portfolio, ideally within operating theatres and/or emergency departments. Proven track record of sales achievements and a deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the hospital system. Able to deliver long‑term, customer‑focused solutions. Resilient, results‑driven, with exceptional relationship skills. Excellent communication, time‑management skills, and strong attention to detail. Additional Requirements Full working rights in Australia, a valid driver’s licence, ability to travel within NSW/ACT (metro and regional), occasional overseas travel, and full vaccination against COVID‑19.
