AERO Cadetship

Overview : The Australian Education Research Organisation (AERO) is Australias national education evidence body. AERO is working towards excellent and equitable outcomes for all children and young people by generating and making high-quality evidence accessible and enhancing the use of evidence in Australian education. AERO is a ministerial-owned not-for-profit company which operates under the governance of an independent Board. Remote working arrangements : AERO is primarily a remote organisation with a national workforce. Likewise AEROs Cadet program is facilitated entirely online so Cadets will have the flexibility to undertake their cadetship virtually working-from-home. A standard workday is 9am until 5pm with a one-hour unpaid rest break; however to accommodate study commitments Cadets may vary their standard working day (between 7am and 7pm Monday to Friday) with AEROs agreement. Remuneration : Offering a competitive salary between $58000 and $70000 per annum pro rata (commensurate with skills and experience) plus 12% superannuation.
