Your Impact As a Brewer at our original Mountain Goat production facility in Richmond, you’ll combine craftsmanship with technical precision to ensure every batch meets our uncompromising standards for quality, consistency, and flavour. You’ll be hands‑on across all brewing stages, from wort production and fermentation to filtration and packaging, while maintaining and improving our quality management and safety systems. You’ll collaborate closely with the Senior Brewer, production, and quality teams to analyse data, refine recipes, and enhance processes that keep our beers tasting world‑class. With a focus on safety and compliance, you’ll also assist with lab testing, sampling, and quality reporting helping uphold Mountain Goat’s reputation for innovation and excellence. Key Responsibilities Execute all brewing operations with precision and adherence to recipes and SOPs Conduct analytical and sensory testing, manage lab analyses, and oversee quality data Drive process improvements through trials, feedback, and continuous learning Operate and maintain key systems (CIP, glycol, steam, gas, and water) safely and efficiently Support training and engagement across the brewery to foster a quality‑driven culture About You You’re a hands‑on brewer with a sharp eye for quality and a passion for great beer. You take pride in precision, consistency, and the craft of brewing, balancing creativity with discipline in every batch. You’re comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment and bring a methodical, safety‑first approach to your work. You have proven experience in a similar brewing or quality role within FMCG, craft brewing, or beverage manufacturing, Strong understanding of the importance of safety, and quality control compliance. You enjoy working as a team, improving processes, and sharing your knowledge to lift team capability.
