We are passionate about fashion, branding, and digital storytelling, and we are looking for a digital‑savvy coordinator to help us grow our brand presence across social and digital channels. Key Skills 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management preferred. Creative thinking and attention to detail. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret performance metrics. A graduate in Marketing, Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Strong communicator with excellent writing and editing skills. Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Suite, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Shopify, Klaviyo, and Meta Ads. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Assist in creating and scheduling social media content for Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other platforms. Monitor, engage with, and grow our online community (DMs, comments, mentions). Track, analyse, and report on social media and campaign performance using analytics tools. Contribute to digital marketing campaigns, including email, content marketing, basic paid advertising support (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Optimise website content and assist with e‑commerce platforms (Shopify). Stay up to date with industry trends and share ideas for content, campaigns, and innovative digital strategies. Manage email marketing through Klaviyo. Hands‑on experience with a growing Australian fashion brand. Flexible working arrangements. Opportunities for growth within the business.
