The Opportunity Exciting opportunity for a motivated Client Services Officer to join our accounting firm. This is a opportunity to work in a social and supportive team in a professional and friendly environment. The Role Front‑of‑house reception duties such as answering and directing call, emails, and queries Meeting and greeting clients and act as a liaison with internal clients and external suppliers Maintaining room bookings and facilitating room setup Catering for internal or external meetings General office administration duties and office maintenance As this is an in‑house, client‑facing position, you will be required to attend the office on business days. Our core business hours are 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm. About You Ability to work in the office from Monday‑to‑Friday, between 8 : 30am to 5 : 00pm. On occasion, you may be asked to work before or after this time to support the business with its core activities.
