Join us on our mission to make a better world of work. Culture Amp is the world’s leading employee experience platform, revolutionizing how 25 million employees across more than 6,500 companies create a better world of work. Culture Amp empowers companies of all sizes and industries to transform employee engagement, drive performance management, and develop high‑performing teams. Powered by people science and the most comprehensive employee dataset in the world, the most innovative companies including Canva, On, Asana, Dolby, McDonalds and Nasdaq depend on Culture Amp every day. Culture Amp is backed by leading venture capital funds and has offices in the US, UK, Germany and Australia. Culture Amp has been recognized as one of the world’s top private cloud companies by Forbes and most innovative companies by Fast Company. How you can help make a better world of work As a Senior Product Manager for Survey Design, you will be the architect of the most critical touchpoint between a company and its people: the survey. You will lead the evolution of our core engine moving from static, one‑way forms to dynamic, AI‑powered conversations that uncover the "why" behind every data point. By reimagining how feedback is captured, you enable leaders to act on deeper truths, ensuring millions of employees feel heard, understood, and valued. As part of this team of amazing humans, you’ll join the Insights Camp, specifically leading the Survey Design team. You will partner with a high‑performing "trio" including an Engineering Lead and Product Designer, while collaborating closely with our People Scientists to ensure our features (like AI Follow‑Ups) are grounded in valid research. You’ll be the bridge between our legacy foundations and our future, working with cross‑functional partners in Product Marketing and Support to bring world‑class listening tools to global brands. Responsibilities Lead the AI Revolution in Feedback: Own the strategy and execution of AI Follow‑Ups and Conversational AI, turning traditional surveys into semi‑structured, agentic interviews that capture high‑quality qualitative data. Modernize the Core: Drive the successful GA launch of our new Survey Designer, migrating from legacy systems to a flexible, scalable architecture that supports matrix questions, branching, and custom scales. Build the "Source of Truth": Lead the Question Library initiative, create a unified database that understands the meaning and relationships between questions across our entire platform. Innovate across the Lifecycle: Reimagine Onboarding and Exit surveys by implementing automated, milestone‑based triggers and AI‑led interview components. Define the Roadmap: Balance "playing catch‑up" on competitive features with "leap‑frogging" the market through the EX Listening discovery program. Qualifications Senior‑level Product Mastery: Proven experience managing complex B2B SaaS products, ideally with a focus on configuration, logic‑heavy workflows, or data‑driven platforms. AI/ML Fluency: A deep interest in (or experience with) LLMs and Prompt Engineering. You understand how to use AI to solve human problems, like automated translations or dynamic probing. Strategic Clarity: The ability to take a "mixed bag" of experiment results and pivot toward high‑value use cases (e.g., applying Conversational AI to Lifecycle surveys). Technical Intuition: Comfort working with engineers on technical debt, stack migrations (Elm to modern frameworks), and complex data backfilling projects. User‑Centric Mindset: A passion for UX—you care just as much about the "Admin experience" of setting up a survey as you do about the "Employee experience" of completing one. Preferred Attributes A "People Scientist" at heart: You don't just care about the code; you care about the psychology of how people respond to questions. An Influential Early Collaborator: You know how to work with Product Marketing to turn a technical feature like "11‑point eNPS" into a compelling market narrative. Comfortable with Ambiguity: You thrive in "EX Listening" discovery, where the path isn't always clear but the potential for impact is massive. Benefits Employee Share Options Program: We empower you to be an owner in Culture Amp and share in our success Programs, coaching, and budgets to help you thrive personally and professionally Access to external providers for mental wellbeing and coaching support to sustain the wellbeing, safety and development of our people Monthly Camper Life Allowance: An automatic allowance paid out each month with your pay - you can spend it however you like to help improve your experience and life outside work Team budgets dedicated to team building activities and connection Intentional quarterly wellbeing pauses: A quarterly company‑wide shutdown day in each region to collectively pause, reset and focus on restoration and rest, without having to tap into individual vacation time Extended year‑end breaks: An extended refresh period at the end of year Excellent parental leave and in‑work support program available from day 1 of joining Culture Amp 5 Social Impact Days a year to make a positive impact on the community outside of work MacBooks for you to do your best & a work‑from‑home office budget to spend on setting up your home office Medical insurance coverage for you and your family (Available for US & UK only) We are committed to providing reasonable accommodations or adjustments due to a disability to complete the online application or to participate in the interview process. Please contact and identify the type of accommodation or assistance you are requesting. The Reasonable Accommodations team will respond to your email promptly. Culture Amp is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment regardless of race, colour, religion, creed, age, national origin or ancestry, ethnicity, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, military or veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. #J-18808-Ljbffr
