Role Overview Director / Recruitment Strategist at Automotive Recruitment Australia Seeking a motivated automotive equipment sales specialist to take ownership of end-to-end equipment sales, providing technical expertise, training workshop teams, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Manage the full sales cycle with automotive workshops – prospecting, quoting, demonstrations, closing, and some delivery & installations. Deliver post‑sales service and aftersales support. Provide technical advice, training, and product demonstrations to build customer relationships. Participate in promotions, sales events, and business development activities. Qualifications Strong technical background – ideally a former mechanic or equipment specialist. Proven experience in B2B automotive sales, or a strong willingness to learn. Ability to work independently, prioritise workload, and deliver sales results. Excellent communication skills with the capability to build customer relationships with automotive workshops. Flexible and resilient to manage multiple demands. Compensation & Benefits Salary package including a solid base salary, super, fully maintained vehicle & achievable commission structure will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
