About the Opportunity Our Micromine Australia team is seeking an experienced Senior Mining Engineer to work in a Technical Presales opportunity, to support and grow our underground software business. Working closely with our business development team, you will play a pivotal role in the solution-selling process, delivering high-impact technical demonstrations, supporting tenders, and ensuring customer success during onboarding and implementation. This is a strategic, customer-facing role that will give you the opportunity to work with a truly disruptive technology within the underground industry. Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Partnering with business development managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities. Delivering technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders. Leading software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds. Supporting customer success during implementation and training. Assisting with campaign events, conferences, and promotions. Contributing to product development through feedback and regional testing. About You You are a passionate Mining Engineer with a strong technical background and a drive to deliver value to customers. You’re confident presenting technical solutions and enjoy helping others solve complex mining problems. Your experience and attributes should include: Site based experience in an UG mine production or operational planning role. Experienced in the development, implementation, and support of UG mine planning and scheduling systems. Technical consulting or pre-sales experience will be highly advantageous.
