Learn Technical Skills: Read mechanical drawings, help with equipment changeovers, and understand how different machines and parts work to keep operations running smoothly. Work as a Team Player: Collaborate with different departments, assist with spare parts and planning, and take part in continuous improvement projects to support site-wide goals.
