Job Details Location: Keilor East, Victoria Employment Type: Full time (Part time is also considered) Salary: $82,106 – $110,143 per annum, plus annual leave loading, superannuation, vehicle options, mobile, laptop and an opportunity to boost salary up to $10,000. About The Role We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to support NDIS participants, focusing on adolescents and young adults aged 10–24, helping them navigate life with a disability through to early adulthood. The role is ideally a full‑time position, but part‑time is considered. Responsibilities Work in diverse settings, such as homes, schools, playgrounds, workplaces, and community centres. Utilise evidence‑based measurement tools to create therapy plans and provide occupational therapy to help participants achieve their goals and maximise NDIS funding. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of allied health professionals. Build meaningful relationships with participants and their supports, including family, carers, and friends. Attend weekly team meetings in the hub. Tap into the knowledge and support of your team leader and dedicated therapy mentor. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. General AHPRA registration. A positive and flexible approach to work. Strong communication skills and teamwork. Commitment to personal and professional development. Valid driver’s licence. NDIS workers screening check. Working with children check. Experience working in NDIS/disability is preferred, but not essential.
