Add expected salary to your profile for insights Due to consistent growth, United Plumbing are seeking a detailed orientated individual to join our team as a Construction Manager. Filling this role will ensure we continue to provide a structured and organised workplace as well as continuing to deliver a high quality service for our clients as we continue to build. Key Responsibilities Manage the planning and delivery of commercial plumbing projects. Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Site Managers, and field teams. Drive performance reviews and post-construction evaluations to capture lessons learned. Monitor financial performance, project forecasting, and margin outcomes. Build and maintain strong relationships with head contractors, clients, suppliers and most importantly, our staff. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met across all sites. Oversee procurement, labour allocation, and project scheduling. Identify process improvements and implement best practices across the business. Contribute to workforce planning and long-term business growth strategies. Lead the hiring process for new employees in the construction division About You You're a confident and experienced construction leader with a strong technical understanding of plumbing within commercial environments. You're hands‑on, financially capable, and passionate about developing people and improving systems. You’ll bring: Proven experience in a Construction Manager or Senior Project Manager role within the plumbing services industry Strong commercial and contract management skills. High ethical standards, and lead with integrity and accountability. Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring ability. A proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement. Sound understanding of WHS, QA, and compliance requirements.
