Apprentice Tiler - Wall and Floor Tiling WANTED Apprentice Wall and Floor Tilers - North & South Brisbane Founded on a commitment to employ quality apprentices and provide exceptional support, OSMAC has grown to be one of Queensland’s largest employers of apprentices/trainees, achieving industry leading completion rates. We currently have positions on offer for apprentice Tilers for work in North & South Brisbane (1st - 4th years). This apprenticeship is a great opportunity to learn tiling skills on the job, including preparing surfaces, laying tiles, and finishing work, while working toward a nationally recognised trade qualification. To be considered applicants MUST meet the following criteria: Can retain information well Be able to think on your feet Physically fit Junior wages apply Be willing to work overtime when required Be willing to travel to different locations Have the motivation/drive to succeed in the trade Reliable transport and driver's licence Be punctual, reliable and have a good attendance record Have a positive attitude towards all aspects of the trade Follow instructions well Be an Australian citizen or have permanent residency status On offer is the following: Long term career prospects Current Modern Awards paid by OSMAC to all our apprentices Daily travel allowance Income protection Support from 2 Apprentice mentors Quality uniforms, boots and tool allowance supplied Opportunities to get fast tracked through recognition of prior learning and flexible college options for people with experience.
