A 2IC ready for a promotion? or someone ready to take the next step in their career? Can you work under pressure, sell retail, meet targets and promote positive team dynamics in a fast paced salon? You will be qualified and confident in all aspects of cutting and styling for men and women, passionate about hair, with a positive personality and good communication skills with clients and the team of 8 you will lead. You will be well organised, flexible and have good availability across school holidays. Previous experience with Just Cuts desirable but not essential, comprehensive training in the Just Cuts procedures and systems is available. Excellent hourly rates plus super, well above Award weekly Manager allowance and additional performance based bonuses.
