Parts Interpreter

Location: Kalgoorlie, WA, AU, 6430. Reporting to the Parts Supervisor, the Parts Interpreter will join our Kalgoorlie branch on a full-time basis and is accountable for receiving customer orders for Caterpillar parts and general enquiries via phone, email, and ensuring accuracy and timeliness of processing for continued customer loyalty. This role has a strong focus on customer service, so we are looking for someone with a positive, can‑do attitude and strong attention to detail and compliance skills. This role attracts a housing allowance for Kalgoorlie residents.
