Whether you’re an experienced retail leader or a senior casual to take the next step - we want to hear from you The role & responsibilities: Lead your team to achieve sales targets and KPIs Drive store operations including stock management, Visual Merchandising, wage control & shrinkage Motivate the team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve KPIs Receive and process high volumes of stock efficiently Maintain stockroom organisation and in-store presentation Assist on the shop floor and support the team as neededWork-Life Balance: Sunday to Thursday roster – enjoy two consecutive days off Career Growth: Extensive training and development programs to support your growth Employee Perks: Access to our exclusive 'Employee Benefits' program – includes discounted gym memberships and health insurance.
