THE PROJECT
Construction of a Poultry Processing Plant consisting of circa 38,936m2 of Gross Floor Area providing for storage, processing, chilling, cold store, and distribution facilities.1,600m2 workshop and store building.3,791m2 of ancillary administration, staff amenitiesExpanded Wastewater Treatment PlantConstruction of a new access driveway via an easement connecting to Armstrong Street via Workshop LaneConstruction of a new staff car parking area providing 820 car parking spaces.UNIQUE PROJECT PERKS

ABOUT YOURelevant building and tertiary qualificationsProven industry experience on complex projectsThe ability to report accurately & directly to the PM on the operational and financial success of the projectsProven experience managing sub contractors with programming, supervision and contracts administration.Strong negotiating skills to implement contracts with sub contractors and suppliers to satisfy budgets, quality, safety and time requirements.
