Dedicated Non-contact hours for your programing and administration responsibilities Part Time approx. 16 Permanent Contract $30.84 per hour negotiable salary packaging. Your new role As the OSHC Lead Educator you will oversee and lead the strategic and operational management of our newest program Rushworth OSHC. You will drive quality sustainability and service delivery. You will support your team to ensure our practices facilitate a program consistent with the National Quality Standards and reflects the National Quality Framework taking our OSHC programs to the next level. You will also bring with you : Demonstrated organisational skills to juggle competing priorities and manage timelines. Experience in people management supervision performance management and administration. Strong interpersonal skills with sound ability to write professional work instructions. Strong understanding of OSHC operational requirements including demonstration of applied knowledge of the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations. Comprehensive knowledge of child development and quality care practices. Comprehensive knowledge of My Time Our Place that is reflected and articulated in programming and reflection on outcomes. Demonstrated experience in developing quality within a service and shape the overall performance including high quality learning and leisure experiences for children. Demonstrated experience in shaping a service delivery and practices to promote growth in quality care safety wellbeing and support of children and families accessing a service. Experience in facilitating employee learning to develop knowledge and skills. Experience in adhering to legislative frameworks and organisational requirements. Experience in supervising and managing employees including rostering. Current First Aid CPR Anaphylaxis and Asthma Certificates- or willingness to obtain.
