Our experienced consultants bring expertise, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to delivery to make life easier for our clients through Automation, Architecture, Business Analysis, Data, PMO, Testing and beyond.Job DescriptionAvec, a part of the Talent International Group, is currently searching for an experienced Software Developer with a background in Technology.Key roles and responsibilities: Contribute to estimates and actively participate in the agile planning activities Support the Product Owner and Project Manager in maintaining back logs Methodologies, processes and best practices. Research, Analyse and Evaluate the system programming needs Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes that deliver true business value that meet customer requirements. Encourage and participate in pair-programming and test-driven development Escalate project issues appropriately and communicate project changes proactively to the Project Manager Applying logic and problem-solving skills to overcome technical issues Play a key role in the Quality Assurance and Testing with the established protocols. Coding to meet the accredited quality standards of design and technical specification in line with customer and/or internal requirement.
