Treetops Adventure is scaling new heights, providing challenges for adventure seekers at all levels. Currently we have 16 locations around Australia featuring exciting and challenging obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy, that will have all the family swinging, leaping, climbing, and flying through the forest. Due to our continued success, we are looking for a full-time Assistant Park Manager for our Next Level park, located at Sunshine Plaza, Maroochydore About you You are an experienced manager who is bold, adventurous and great with leading a team. You have experience in supporting the daily operational aspects of a business, including training and support of staff. You have fantastic verbal communication skills and enforce safe work processes and practices to maintain a safe and friendly work environment. Blue Card First Aid and CPR QLD Drivers Authority About the role You will be provided a great work life balance but will be available to work weekends and public holidays. Your responsibilities will include: Customer service including briefing and monitoring patrons Managing and enforcing safety of guests and team, including rescuing, and intervening in an emergency Demonstrate a commitment to always maintaining a safe workplace Completing required inspections, audits, and reporting Performing small maintenance duties such as tightening bolts and levelling a platform Assist the Park Manager with driving the recruitment, interviewing and training of new staff ensuring that they have required training and qualifications You must be able to lift a heavy load (of up to 15kg) Benefits and perks Competitive remuneration Work life balance Employee discounts across the company Don’t miss out on joining a leading company that welcomes innovated ideas and is dedicated to providing quality services.
