We are committed to delivering high-quality English language education to international students and fostering a supportive, inclusive learning environment. We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of ELICOS to lead our academic team and enhance our program offerings.As the Director of ELICOS, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of our ELICOS program. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive continuous improvement in teaching and learning. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for language education.**Key Responsibilities:**- Oversee the design, development, and implementation of the ELICOS curriculum.- Ensure compliance with the Education Services for Overseas Students (ESOS) Act and National Code of Practice.- Provide leadership and professional development for teaching staff.- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.- Develop and implement strategies for program expansion and enhancement.- Foster an inclusive and culturally sensitive learning environment.**Qualifications:**- Master’s degree in TESOL.- Extensive 3 years experience in teaching and managing ELICOS.- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for international education.- Proven leadership and management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?Do you have experience working for a registered training organisation (RTO)?Report this job advert
