Retail Fashion and Sales Consultant Role - Casual Position (16 - 18hrs) Position commences in January 2026 Where ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ is our reality Help girl’s find their dream dress We are looking for bright, energetic, and bubbly girls to join our team at STUDIO MINC Gold Coast In this fast paced role, you will work independently, and as a team to help customers find their dream dress We are seeking bubbly, enthusiastic, and responsible individuals with excellent customer service skills Your tasks will primarily include serving formal dress appointments and basic showroom tasks. The ideal candidate will have natural sales skills, excellent rapport with customers, confidence, and a driven attitude. Availability This role can be adjusted to the best candidates availability. The candidate’s selected will be required to work 1 - 3 weekdays, every Saturday, and alternating Sunday (3‑4 shifts / week). Monday: Closed 2 Afternoons / weekday Saturday: 8:45 am – 5:15 pm Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:30 pm (fortnightly) Candidate Characteristics Confident Enthusiastic and excited personality Assertive Reliable Punctual Takes initiative Organised and neat Great with time management Has a good eye for quality and high standards Has a perfectionist attitude Finishes whatever they start Enters all tasks with enthusiasm and focus Loves fashion, styling, all things fancy, and getting dressed up Computer & technology literate Understands social media; Instagram, TikTok etc. In this role you’ll gain High level skills in sales High level skills in customer service & communication skills Experience and understanding in fashion How to Apply Apply via SEEK AD.
