We are offering a permanent part-time Support Worker Gardening Home Maintenance role at our Gosnells local. About the role We are currently seeking casual and part time employment applications for a Support Worker specialising in Gardening & Home Maintenance. The purpose of this role is to provide gardening and maintenance services to seniors and NDIS customers in Greenfield and in surrounding suburbs to help them stay in their own homes longer. Fantastic customer service skills; Providing support and guidance to volunteers of varying skills and abilities; A team player; Good communication skills are written, interpersonal and verbal; Basic computer and paperwork skills; A safety-first approach to ensure safety and wellbeing of yourself, clients, and the team; Willing and able to keep up with the demands of the physical demands of a gardening role; Willing and able to work across other services to spend time with customers (this may include domestic assistance, social support, group activities) A Certificate in Horticulture or similar would be an advantage but not essential; Prerequisites A NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Drivers Licence with no restrictions Rights to work in Australia Current First Aid Certificate with 12 months or less currency (or willing to apply) How to Apply: Please submit your application online and include your current resumé.
