You’ll work with a varied portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses across multiple industries, helping them stay compliant, informed, and confident in their financial position. What You’ll Be Doing Maintaining accurate, up-to-date financial records for a range of clients Processing invoices, receipts, payments and payroll Completing bank and credit card reconciliations Preparing financial reports and supporting documents for management accountants Assisting with BAS and tax preparation workflows Providing day-to-day administrative and client support Building strong relationships with clients and helping them understand their financial position Spotting opportunities to streamline processes and improve client outcomes About You We’re looking for someone who takes pride in and is passionate about producing high-quality work and enjoys supporting clients in their business journey. You’ll ideally have: A bookkeeping or accounting qualification (e.g. Cert IV Bookkeeping/Accounting) – preferred but not essential 2+ years’ experience in bookkeeping, accounting support or a similar role Experience using MYOB, Xero or QuickBooks Payroll processing experience – preferred but not essential Strong numerical accuracy and exceptional attention to detail A problem solving mindset, and the drive to get things right Excellent communication and customer service skills The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment A proactive, organised approach to managing deadlines What We Offer At Commercial Accounting Co., we invest in our people and create a workplace where you can build a long-term career.
