Overview Location: Ocean Reef, North Perth Region Centre: Goodstart Ocean Reef Employment Type: Full time 38 hours per week Pay: Up to $39.35 As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you'll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice. Find out more about what the Educational Leader role entails here. Our centre overlooks the local primary school, and we're excited to launch a transition-to-school program in Term 4.
