Currently we are actively looking for a full-time Marketing Coordinator. This role requires the responsibility of crafting and executing the company's brand strategy while ensuring that all marketing initiatives contribute to both immediate and long-term business objectives. The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in identifying and implementing enhancements in processes, content, and lead generation efforts. Job Duties Develop and execute marketing campaigns by analysing sales forecasts, formulating marketing strategies, setting goals, and coordinating promotional presentations. Maintain and update marketing calendars. Conduct market research to track trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Summarise and analyse data to prepare insightful reports. Assist the Director in shaping and evaluating the marketing strategy. Collaborate on sales forecasts, objective setting, and the organisation of promotional events. Monitor budgets meticulously, comparing actual results with planned forecasts, and providing insights for cost-effective strategies. Effectively communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team. Offer guidance on how to use and promote marketing materials. Organise meetings by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, and creating schedules. Maintain an up-to-date inventory of sales support materials, ensuring accuracy and relevance. Provide support for the development and upkeep of internal tools and databases. Foster continuous learning through workshops and research. Share best practices and local marketing strategies with team members. Actively seek out new sources of potential customer data and provide recommendations to the sales and marketing team. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (or equivalent). Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in marketing. Other Skills/Abilities Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing. Experience using data analytics software for research. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Communication and interpersonal skills. Time Management. Adaptability and problem solving. Attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
