As we prepare for the next evolution of our offering, we are searching for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our bar program and help shape an elevated, contemporary drinks experience for our guests. About the Role Lead the bar team with confidence, clarity and a hands‑on approach Design and implement seasonal beverage and cocktail menus that reflect modern, premium dining Manage day‑to‑day bar operations, stock control, COGS and labour planning Uphold high standards of product knowledge, service and presentation Train, coach and inspire a team of bartenders and mixologists Collaborate closely with the Venue Manager and culinary leadership on guest experience and concept delivery Play a key role in shaping the direction of the bar as the venue enters its next phase This role reports to the Precinct Manager and operates within a strong and supportive leadership environment across four neighbouring venues. About You We’re looking for a Bar Manager who brings a balance of creativity and operational excellence.
