Now that’s food with purpose About The Role As a casual team member, you’ll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You’ll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team. Key Responsibilities – Team Member Prepare and serve high‑quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Keep food areas clean, organised, and well‑stocked. Customer Experience Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile. Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system. Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience. Cleanliness & Store Standards Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Help with end‑of‑day cleaning and pack‑down procedures. Stock & Inventory Support Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock. Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift. Teamwork & Culture Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities – Supervisor Opening and closing of the restaurant. Running shifts and supervising up to 4 staff. Handling and counting of cash. Assisting Restaurant Manager with training and inventory management. What We’re Looking For Experience (preferred but not essential): Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus. On‑the‑job training will be provided for the right attitude. Skills & Attributes Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player. Passionate about food and delivering great customer service. Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure. Excellent communication and time management skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
