Master Scheduler – ERP Implementation

We are seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support a major ERP implementation program. This role will focus on reviewing and enhancing the existing project schedule, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with program deliverables. You will work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to validate activities, manage dependencies, and provide clear reporting to senior stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Review and refine the master schedule to ensure full coverage of deliverables. Collaborate with project teams to validate timelines and dependencies. Develop and maintain schedule reports and dashboards for governance and progress tracking. Facilitate schedule review workshops and communicate updates effectively. Uplift organisational capability by training resources in scheduling tools and best practices. About You 5+ years’ experience in ERP implementation projects. Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and dependencies. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to mentor and build capability in scheduling practices. Relevant tertiary qualifications; certifications in scheduling or project controls desirable.
