Overview The Careers are Better at Hungry Jack's Reporting to the Restaurant Manager as part of the Restaurant Leadership Team (RLT), you will play a vital role in driving the success of your restaurant, bringing our values of "Guest Obsessed" and "People Power" to life. Responsibilities Lead the service and production areas of your restaurant, ensuring guests are placed at the centre of the business. Deliver teamwork to meet guests' expectations and empower employees to do their best work. Execute and monitor promotional activities. Develop and lead employee training, coaching and mentoring. Manage store merchandising and maintain optimal stock levels and controls. Maintain a safe working environment for all team members and guests. Provide a National Police Check if selected for the role. Qualifications Retail or hospitality experience.
