We are a solid, stable team looking for an experienced Dental Assistant as we prepare for a significant growth in customer volumes. Team dynamic is incredibly important to us in our 5‑chair practice. The Opportunity: We have a versatile, exciting and rewarding opportunity at our Mount Barker, SA practice available for a Dental Assistant seeking permanent full‑time work: Modern dental practice with 5 chairs running a wide range of dental treatments Friendly, fun and dedicated team Condensed 4 day work week – 3 days off per week Heart of Mt Barker Central access to the shopping centre Maintain our amazing customer and team culture - providing continued excellent customer service to our patients Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists Treatment coordination Maintain infection control standards and procedures You’ll be: Dental Assistant experience preferred but open to train Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly regarded You're a motivated self‑starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Passionate about customer service and patient care Organised with attention to detail Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light‑hearted manner At Bupa your wellbeing, identity, and personal story are respected and valued.
