Our Opportunity As part of our 2025/2026 Graduate Program, we are recruiting for a Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Engineering Servies Team, based in either Sydney or Melbourne. Responsibilities Work across the teams to produce designs, reports and other associated project engineering work. Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional engineer or Project Manager. Develop your engineering and delivery skills. Apply engineering techniques and procedures. Be a team player with ambition to learn, lead, develop and improve team members. Contribute to building a strong, diverse organisation that embraces inclusion with respect and appreciation for the value we each bring to our clients and to HDR. About You Undertaking a relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering (Electrical), or similar. Graduated before January 2026. 0-2 years' relevant work experience. Strong interest in building engineering services. Passion for learning and commitment to developing your skills. Previous experience as an undergraduate in a consulting environment – advantageous. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word. Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis. Engineer in Training (EIT) certificate. Previous internship beneficial. Strong computer skills using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, Revit, SKM, AGI and Easy Power. Desire to pursue growth opportunities and obtain registration.
