Role Purpose The Growth Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving new business acquisition, selling our digital products and services, and delivering high-quality digital marketing execution for clients. This role blends business development, digital strategy, and hands‑on campaign management to fuel agency growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Key Responsibilities Identify, target, and acquire new SME clients across key industries. Run outbound prospecting campaigns (email, social, phone). Develop and conduct strategies (i.e. Digital Growth Audits) for prospects with the intent to convert them into clients. Present proposals, pitch solutions, and close deals. Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and hit monthly acquisition targets. Campaign Execution & Account Management (40%) End-to-end management of client digital marketing campaigns, including: Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max) SEO strategy and optimisation Manage lead generation systems and process Monitor performance, optimise campaigns, and deliver strong ROI Build monthly reports and communicate outcomes clearly with clients. Act as the day-to-day contact for all client marketing needs. Develop tailored growth strategies for each client based on business goals. Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to deepen client relationships. Contribute to product development, systems, and agency‑wide processes. Stay across emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices. Required Skills & Experience Technical Digital Marketing Skills Google Ads campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting Meta Ads Manager SEO: keyword research, on‑page SEO, basic technical SEO PPC strategy and execution Analytics: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, tracking setup Building and interpreting Digital Business Audits AI optimisation for targeting, keywords, and creative testing Advanced paid ads across Google, Meta, YouTube, and TikTok Proven ability to sell digital marketing services or similar solutions Experience with outbound sales or lead generation Strong presentation and proposal development skills Ability to translate technical insights into compelling commercial value Other Capabilities Clear communicator who can build trust quickly Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple client accounts Problem‑solver with a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset Ability to work autonomously in a startup environment with minimal supervision Experience working in a digital agency or fast‑paced startup Copywriting or content creation skills CRM experience Understanding of automation tools Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full‑time Job function Marketing and Sales Industries Advertising Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
