Using evidence‑based skills and interventions, you will professionally support individuals seeking help with alcohol and drug use, applying a trauma‑informed, person‑centred, and individualized approach that incorporates comprehensive care planning to address the diverse physical, emotional, and social aspects of each young person’s journey. Responsibilities Provide respectful, person‑centred care; support the team; employ an individualized, holistic approach to care, incorporating comprehensive care planning; provide innovative, evidence‑based interventions; maintain a trauma‑informed approach; collaborate within a supportive and dynamic team; communicate patients and families; maintain accurate clinical records; participate in continuous professional development.
