We’re looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Representative who thrives on solving problems, connecting with customers, and making every interaction count. Whether you're an experienced Retail Sales Representative , have a background in counter/retail sales or customer service, or you're ready to step off the tools and into a fast-paced, people-first role — this is your opportunity to join a supportive, high-performing team where attitude matters more than experience. Welding knowledge is a bonus – but if you’re keen to learn, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed. What you will enjoy doing Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service to walk-in and phone-based customers Support customers with product advice and tailored solutions, helping them find exactly what they need Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, with a focus on turning problems into positive outcomes Work closely with your teammates and other departments to keep operations running smoothly Maintain accurate order processing and inventory transactions using SAP (training provided) Take pride in keeping the counter and warehouse areas clean, safe, and well‑organized Look out for new local sales opportunities and help the team meet branch goals What makes you great You’re passionate about delivering excellent customer service – it's your top priority You bring previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer‑facing role You communicate clearly, confidently, and with a positive attitude You’re proactive, reliable, and not afraid to roll up your sleeves when it counts Basic computer skills are essential; SAP experience is a plus Knowledge of welding, fabrication or trades is great – but not essential if you're willing to learn You enjoy working in a team environment and contributing to shared success "This is a hands‑on role involving a high level of manual work, offering plenty of variety and opportunities to continuously learn new skills."
