CISaustralia is looking for a Global Study & Volunteer Coordinator to support the Admissions and Enrolment Services team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in processing applications, coordinating enrolments, and supporting students as they prepare for overseas programs. Why you’ll enjoy this role As the Global Study & Volunteer Coordinator, you’ll be central to helping students navigate their journey from application to enrolment. You’ll process student applications, manage enrolments, coordinate visa documents, accommodation, travel, health insurance, and program logistics, and liaise with universities, overseas partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also support recruitment activities, marketing initiatives, reporting and administrative tasks, gaining hands‑on experience in admissions, student support and process improvement, all within a small, dedicated team. This is your chance to make a tangible impact on students’ global learning experiences while contributing to the efficiency and growth of the CISaustralia Admissions team. What we’re looking for Experience studying, volunteering, or working overseas, or participation in an international program during a university degree. Passion for travel, culture, and education. Motivated to work in a small, innovative, relationship‑focused organisation. Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years relevant work experience. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and high standards of customer service, ideally in a cross‑cultural context. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small team. Highly organised with strong prioritisation, administration, communication and interpersonal skills. Professional presentation and conduct at all times. Salary A$70,000 - A$72,000 pa (pending qualifications and experience) + 12% super. 4 weeks paid annual leave (full time equivalent + the days between Christmas and New year as paid leave).
