Group Fitness & Health & Wellness Club Instructors The newly redeveloped Adelaide Aquatic Centre (AAC) Health & Fitness Roles, Multiple Positions Free membership to Gym and Aquatic Facilities Health & Wellness Instructor, Group Fitness Instructors - Casual YMCA Aquatic an Events Services Ltd Adelaide Aquatic Centre The Adelaide Aquatic Centre is looking for outstanding fitness professionals to join our Health and Wellness and Group Fitness team on a casual basis. The Adelaide Aquatic Centre includes a world-class gym, driving inclusion, health outcomes, and opportunities for all South Australian's to 'be active'. The successful candidate will be required to: Work casual gym shifts following the Fitness Industry Award. Teach Group Fitness Classes with inhouse training provided Provide Personal Training to our existing membership base. Key responsibilities include Promote safety in the Health Club environment Always supervise the Health Club Supervise members who are working out and ensure their safety Inspect equipment frequently and log for maintenance if required Provide Customer Service to Health & Wellness Members Perform delegated Health Club maintenance and cleaning duties Conduct Personal Programs for Members Cross-Promoting various aspects of the Centre, not limited to the Health Club Programs Promote Health & Wellness by imparting knowledge to members, recommending exercise techniques and options for Health Living, along with promoting Personal Training at AAC Complete appropriate paperwork and checklists when required Ensure all qualifications are kept current Instruct Group Fitness classes in accordance with programs provided Manage your own Personal training availabilities and clients Qualifications to be held National Police check upon application. Introduction to Child Safety Training upon commencement Current Working With Children Check for Employment to be held Current Provide First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation to be held Current registration with an Industry Peak Body such as AusActive Certificate III in Fitness Relevant Group Fitness Certificate (Cert IV in Fitness required for Personal Training) Rem: Health and Wellness Instructor - Adult $36.59 per hour + Weekend Loadings Rem: Group Fitness Instructor - Adult from $38.35 per hour Free membership to Gym and Aquatic Facilities.
