Solicitor (2–3 Years PAE) – Flexible WFH Role – Casual/Part-Time (Approx. 20 hrs/week) Perfect for an experienced mum seeking flexible, remote work We are a small, friendly law firm seeking a capable Solicitor with 2–3 years post‑admission experience to join us in a fully remote, flexible, part‑time role. No office attendance required – work from home, choose your hours, and balance work around family life. Current admission to practise as a solicitor in NSW is required for this position. Australian permanent residency or citizenship is required for this role. About the Role This casual/part‑time position (approx. 20 hours/week) is ideal for someone who is confident working autonomously and enjoys a variety of non‑litigious matters. You will work directly with the principal and have full flexibility to set your own schedule, provided deadlines are met. Part of the role includes supervising an offshore team performing conveyancing work, ensuring quality and deadlines are maintained. All administrative and processing tasks for conveyancing are handled by the team, so your focus is on oversight and review. Practice Areas You should have solid experience in most of the following areas: Candidates must demonstrate solid experience in at least two of the practice areas listed.
