Role: Senior Oracle Consultant

Location : Sydney

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant proficient in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), with a specialization in Oracle Payroll and a thorough understanding of the Australian Legislature. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our Oracle EBS environment to meet the specific needs of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Oracle Payroll functionality.

Configure, customize, and implement Oracle Payroll modules to align with Australian legislative requirements and organizational policies.

Lead end-to-end implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, training, and deployment.

Provide expert guidance on payroll-related functionalities, including tax calculations, superannuation, leave accruals, and payroll reporting.

Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate end-users on Oracle Payroll functionality and best practices.

Serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle EBS Payroll, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve issues and optimize system performance.

Stay updated on industry trends, legislative changes, and Oracle product updates related to payroll management.

Requirements:

Good experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite, with a focus on Oracle Payroll module.

Strong understanding of Australian legislative requirements and payroll practices.

Proven track record of successfully leading Oracle EBS Payroll implementations and upgrades.

Extensive knowledge of Oracle Payroll functionalities, including configuration, setup, and integration with other modules.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Certification in Oracle E-Business Suite (Payroll) is highly desirable.

Ability to adapt to changing business needs and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
