Company Overview Allwest Bores and Reticulation – Canning Vale WA. We are a dynamic 11-person business specialising in bore and reticulation services, with expanding operations into electrical work. Based in Perth, Western Australia, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality solutions to our clients while maintaining a supportive and efficient team environment. Position Type & Compensation Remote, Casual (Part-time available). hours per week (flexible, approximately 3–4 hours per day). $ per hour casual. Role Summary We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Administration Specialist to handle key operational tasks in HR, WHS compliance, payroll, and financial administration. This role will also involve additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth business operations. The position is fully remote, offering flexibility to fit around your schedule. Key Responsibilities Manage HR functions, including employee records, onboarding, offboarding, performance documentation, regular HR check-ins with team members, and handling infractions and disputes. Ensure compliance with Work Health and Safety (WHS) regulations, including policy updates, risk assessments, incident reporting, and follow-up on safety matters. Process payroll accurately and on time, handling timesheets, superannuation, deductions, and compliance with Australian payroll standards. Enter and reconcile bills and expenses using Xero accounting software. Provide additional administrative support, such as scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and report preparation as required. Requirements Proven experience in HR (including check-ins, infractions, and dispute resolution), payroll, WHS compliance, and general administration. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, conflict resolution abilities, and capacity to work independently. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, and remote collaboration tools Monday.com and Slack. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office setup for remote work. Availability for flexible hours, but primarily starting 8 : 30am (9 : 30am latest). Preference for candidates based in Perth, Western Australia (despite remote role).
