Opportunity The key objective for the Technical Services Team (TST) is to gather all site‑information, specify the right products, create the drawings and calculations in a timely manner, and take ownership of larger projects (install instructions, etc.). The role has both field‑based and desk‑based elements. In This Role, You Will Conduct accurate customer site surveys Using the survey information, produce optimum solutions proposals and technical specifications using the A‑SAFE product range to comply with PAS13 Produce drawings and technical specifications from the site survey using CXP or CAD overlays to drawing files provided by the customer Liaise with the client throughout this process, coordinating revisions with the salesperson Liaise closely with Sales Development Executives, Customer Success Managers, Regional Account Managers and the Back‑office/Install department Act as the customer POC throughout the survey‑to‑quote process and during installation Implement variation orders as required Collate relevant information pertinent to the installation environment Input data into the company’s CRM & ERP system Actively participate in internal and external meetings where attendance is required Salary 70,000‑85,000 AUD Why A‑SAFE?
