Collaborate with studio leads to ensure alignment with project goals and brand direction. Take ownership of the animation process, from concept through final delivery. Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining creative integrity. Manage project timelines and deliverables independently, ensuring deadlines are met. Communicate progress and challenges proactively to stakeholders. Skills And Requirements Proven experience in 3D animation for marketing, sales, or studio projects. Advanced proficiency with industry-standard 3D software (e.g., Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max). Strong portfolio demonstrating creative storytelling and technical expertise in 3D animation. Ability to work autonomously and make confident creative decisions. Excellent communication skills and responsiveness in a remote work setting. Experience collaborating with creative teams and adapting to feedback. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Availability for a single project with potential for future work.
