About the role Are you passionate about transforming how organizations find and grow talent? Orica seeks a strategic, data‑driven leader to join us as Manager, Talent Sourcing & Intelligence. In this role, you’ll drive a shift to skills‑based, technology‑enabled, agile talent practices, delivering measurable business impact and building a workforce ready for the future. What You’ll Deliver Build a Skills‑Driven Talent Pipeline: Use advanced talent intelligence, market analytics, and AI‑powered sourcing tools to identify, engage, and attract high‑quality, diverse candidates globally. Accelerate Hiring Outcomes: Reduce time‑to‑fill and cost‑per‑hire by implementing innovative sourcing strategies and automation, while maintaining a strong candidate and hiring manager experience. Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion: Design and execute inclusive sourcing campaigns, increasing representation and fostering a culture where all voices are valued. Lead and Develop a High‑Performing Team: Coach and empower a global team to continuously improve, collaborate, and innovate in talent acquisition. Drive Workforce Agility: Enable internal mobility and skills growth by mapping workforce capabilities to business needs and future opportunities. Measure What Matters: Establish and track key metrics (e.g., quality of hire, diversity outcomes, digital adoption) to demonstrate impact and inform continuous improvement. What You’ll Bring Demonstrated expertise in talent intelligence, market analytics, and AI‑powered sourcing. Proven ability to design and deliver skills‑based hiring campaigns that achieve measurable outcomes. Experience leading technology and process innovation in recruitment (ATS, talent intelligence platforms, automation). Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills, influencing senior leaders and HRBPs. Track record of building and leading diverse, high‑performing teams.
