Our team of experienced professionals provides services across Queensland’s Darling Downs, Surat Basin, South Burnett, Wide Bay, and Western Queensland. Role Description We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with a minimum of 3 years postgraduate experience to join our dynamic Toowoomba team. You will work on a diverse range of projects including civil, hydraulic, stormwater, roads and land development, contributing to projects that shape communities and support infrastructure development. Key Responsibilities Assist in civil and documentation for a range of residential, commercial, industrial and government developments Support project management and coordination of engineering tasks Collaborate with clients, local councils, and partner firms to meet project objectives Contribute to engineering assessments, reports, and certification processes Ensure projects adhere to regulatory and council requirements Support site investigations and fieldwork as needed Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 3 years of post‑graduation experience in civil engineering (ideally 5+ years) Excellent communication skills and use of Microsoft suite On site inspection experience Component in the use of AutoCAD ,DRAINS and Civil3D is preferred Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills Previous experience completing Stormwater Management Reports favourable Open Driver’s license and construction white card Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Why Join BRCE?
