As a Reverse Marketer you will engage job seekers aged 15‑24 in our Transition to Work (TtW) program to assess their skills and suitability to different industries. By engaging employers and identifying vacant positions you will then be able to place participants into meaningful employment. Core activities include: Developing a sound understanding of the local labour market and engaging employers and industry to understand their needs. Building relationships with community organisations and local stakeholders. Liaising directly with employers to identify meaningful employment opportunities for our participants. Conducting reverse marketing to highlight the skills of participants to employers. Educating and supporting employers to employ TAG participants and delivering post‑placement support to both parties. Brokering short‑term work experience opportunities and marketing participants during their placement to maximise conversion into full‑time employment. Maintaining IT systems and internal database of all vacancy management. This is a permanent full‑time role and successful applicants must be willing to travel throughout the Fremantle, Cockburn and Kwinana. Qualifications Have demonstrated skills and experience in developing networks with a proven ability to influence decision makers. Have demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding business targets and KPIs. Possess knowledge of the local labour market and the strengths and weaknesses of the region regarding youth employment. Have the ability to work within a contractually compliant environment. Have a current driver’s licence. Satisfy a pre‑employment check including a National Police Check and a Working with Children Check. Experience in employment services is not essential, as our Quality and Development Team provide an extensive induction program and ongoing support to ensure you are well supported in your new role.
