Job Overview Employment Consultant - IEA for Sureway . We deliver Employment Services contracts, connecting individuals with new careers and sustainable outcomes. Develop relationships with caseload and employers to achieve sustainable outcomes that change lives. Skills The ability to engage with people to assist them overcome barriers to employment. Be able to adapt to varying situations and take a creative approach when dealing with individuals. Must have excellent administration skills and the ability to multi task. Strong customer service experience is highly desirable. Work autonomously as part of a wider team.
