What You’ll Be Doing As a Gaming Attendant, your role is to create a welcoming and safe environment while delivering top-tier service to every guest. Your day-to-day will include: Providing professional and friendly customer service in the gaming room, bar, and lounge Operating gaming machines and assisting patrons with payouts and minor technical issues Serving food and beverages (including coffee and alcohol) with a focus on speed and quality Handling cash and EFTPOS transactions accurately and securely Assisting with accommodation guest check‑ins and phone enquiries Keeping the gaming area clean, organised, and compliant with regulations Promoting responsible gambling and ensuring a safe and respectful environment Supporting team members and contributing to a positive team culture Following RSA and WHS procedures at all times About You You’re reliable, friendly, and have a can‑do attitude with a passion for great service. You’ll thrive in a team setting, be confident with customers, and love being part of the action in a busy hospitality venue. We’re looking for someone who has: A warm, approachable personality with strong communication skills Excellent attention to detail and the ability to multitask Basic knowledge of gaming machines (or a willingness to learn) The ability to work evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays Confidence in handling cash and working in fast-paced environments Flexibility, initiative, and a team‑first mindset Essential Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) RSG 1 certification Previous experience in gaming or hospitality Why Join Us?
