July 2024Perm Full Time RoleThe role of a Retention Advisor is to understand why customers are looking to leave Bupa and to retain them as a customer. Customers may be dropping their private health insurance all together or switching to another fund. We try to retain our members through having a detailed conversation where we connect and understand them and their families’ situation/needs, ultimately presenting a tailored solution.You will be working fulltime equating to 38 hours per week Monday – Friday on a rotational roster between 8am-8pm AEST.About you:You have a passion for helping people and are naturally empathetic. With your unique desire to help our customers you will ensure they are always satisfied.You’re quite resilient with ability to take one call after anotherYou’ll be a team player who is punctual and happy to step in for your teammates when neededHave recent customer service experience in a related environmentThe ability to learn quickly and operate effectively in a disciplined virtual environmentMature attitude to your work with sensitivity to our customer’s confidential informationA passion for Customer Service with experience in a related environmentHave outstanding communication skills, both verbal and writtenBe tech savvy with the ability to work across multiple IT platforms and screens effortlesslyAlready have or the ability to obtain NBN internet that has bandwidth of 50mbps or greaterWhy work at Bupa?We reward our people and celebrate their success, provide initiatives that develop careers and look after our people’s health, well-being, and futures.
