Overview Delivery Driver role at Pet Circle. Responsibilities Operate 1 or 2-tonne delivery vehicle safely at all times. Load vehicle using safe lifting techniques with pre-sorted orders. Ensure safe and efficient delivery of products in line with company standards. Conduct pre- and post-shift vehicle safety checks. Communicate with the fleet team regarding any on-shift issues. Work towards daily and weekly performance targets. Contribute to a positive team culture within the fleet and fulfilment teams. Success Criteria Strict adherence to safety policies and procedures to protect yourself, team members, and the public. Meet all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) associated with the role. Be physically fit to lift and carry orders up to 25kg and perform manual tasks for extended periods. Have confidence using technology for scanning parcels and capturing proof-of-delivery photos. Report safety incidents/ issues immediately to a Supervisor or Manager. Qualifications Hold a valid Class C Australian Driver's Licence with a safe driving record. Familiarity with driving in the Perth region (multi-drop courier experience preferred). Experience using a handheld scanning device for deliveries. Physically fit, with the ability to lift and carry packages up to 25kg. A reliable and committed work ethic. A friendly nature and ability to provide an excellent customer delivery experience.
