About The Role Deliver trauma-informed, evidence-based assessments and care plans Ensure compliance with legislation, ethical standards and internal policies Promote access to culturally appropriate support services Respond professionally to emergencies and incidents Maintain accurate case documentation and meet reporting deadlines Contribute to a safe, inclusive and respectful environment To be successful in this role: You’re resilient, values-driven, and passionate about making a difference. Key Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Social Work (AASW eligibility required) First Aid & CPR (or willing to obtain) Valid Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain) Experience in complex case assessment, care planning and intervention Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice Excellent communication and teamwork skills Commitment to ethical conduct and workplace safety Proudly promoting a culture of Safety, Respect and Dignity, Secure Journeys instils the BIONIC (Believe It Or Not I Care) philosophy in all our centres.
