The opportunity As an Immigration Lawyer , you will provide legal immigration advice and have experience managing a caseload independently. You will demonstrate a sound working knowledge of Australian immigration law, regulations and policy, and the ability to work on and support more senior members of the team on highly technical immigration matters. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 5 years of post-admission experience with a focus on corporate immigration or non-employer sponsored matters. This position offers structured professional growth and development in a fast-paced, yet supportive and highly collaborative environment. The position sits within one of our major corporate immigration teams, representing a broad client base from individuals and emerging businesses to many of the world’s leading multinational companies. You may also have exposure to a variety of immigration matters outside of corporate work.
